A DEI foundation course for individuals, teams, and organizations looking to expand their knowledge of race, racism, and anti-racism and learn why it's important to talk about race. Learning Objectives

  • What's the process to enroll my group or organization?

    If you don't have any special requests then just contact us via email and let us know how many employees you would like to enroll and we'll send you an invoice. If you have special requests, then please click the "Request A Quote" link and complete and submit the form and we'll send you a proposal/invoice. Once paid, we'll either provide you with coupon codes for each employee to self-enroll or we'll group enroll them once provided with an enrollee list (first name, last name, email address).

  • Can the course be customized for my company, division, group or team?

    Yes. Customization options include: 1) opening and closing video message from your organization, department, group or team leadership; 2)course naming and branding; 3)course content additions and deletions (modules, lessons, worksheets, quizzes, surveys, etc.); 4) course licensing for staff meeting, group gatherings, and events; 5) private course platform for the entire organization, each department, team, or cohort; 6) instructor led support and accountability (online discussion group or live Zoom sessions); 7) instructor led live Zoom keynotes, webinars, workshops, and lessons; 8) other requests welcome.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    Once enrolled you have 1 year of access to the course, unless your organization has alternate terms. All pdf course documents can be downloaded or printed for lifetime use.

    Yes. Closed captioning is available for all videos.

  • Am I allowed to share video lessons with colleagues or in a group setting?

    No. Each enrollment is for an individual license to be viewed by enrollee only. For group viewing, a one-time group showing license may be purchased separately. Contact us for pricing.
