What is “50 Weeks of WarriHER Well-Being”?
It’s an asynchronous course/community for WarriHERs of all hues comprised of a rolling 50-week series of microlearning videos. The accompanying workbook, “The WarriHER’s Playbook on Well-Being and Self-Advocacy” (available in paperback or pdf download) is optional, but highly recommended.

How will it work?
Our learning platform will house the 50 microlearning videos. Each will be “dripped” to you once per week over 50 weeks. It will also house our asynchronous lesson discussions.
All that is required of you is 5-10 minutes of your time each week.
How long is each microlearning video?
The duration of each video will range from 2 to 6 minutes. Each video will be a focused, easily digestible, and (sometimes) funny experience designed to deliver key points in short, bite-sized chunks that will allow you to absorb, retain, and apply material without overwhelm.

Theresa M. Robinson is a well-being and inclusion strategist who helps individuals and organizations prioritize what matters most—people. As the creator of 50 Weeks of WarriHER Well-Being, Theresa has redefined how women reclaim their well-being, one battle plan at a time. Her work centers on helping women navigate burnout, rediscover purpose, and develop sustainable practices that promote holistic well-being—in life, in leadership, and at work.
A dynamic ATD-certified Master Trainer® and professional speaker, Theresa brings over 25 years of experience designing and delivering transformational learning across six continents. Her signature style blends soul and strategy, truth-telling and humor, the practical and profound—all while making space for meaningful growth. Theresa’s approach to well-being is deeply informed by her expertise in equity, anti-racism, and belonging. Named by Forbes as one of seven anti-racism educators “your company needs now,” she brings a trauma-informed, justice-rooted lens to well-being—because true well-being can’t thrive in systems built on exclusion. Her facilitation challenges both hearts and minds, making the vital connection between inner healing and systemic change.
Theresa is married with two adult children and one grand-furbaby. When she’s not leading transformation, she’s reading and journaling before sunrise, chasing breathtaking views of oceans and mountains around the world, and savoring life.

There is NO COST to join “50 Weeks of WarriHER Well-Being.” You will, however, need to purchase the accompanying workbook so that you can access the exercises/activities that accompany the microlearning videos and discussions. I also ask that you consider making a donation to support the development of future courses and the curation of retreat experiences.
An investment of only 5-10 minutes each week for 50 weeks is all that is required to create and maintain an environment that prioritizes your well-being for the rest of your life.

Think of the 50 microlearning videos as the new edition of the 2019 workbook. Each video will bring you updated insights, information, examples, and plenty of bonus material. Plus, you’ll be part of an asynchronous community of other warriHERs and have the ability to post comments and questions to everyone. Also, once you complete the 50 microlearnings, you’ll receive a certificate of completion.
